A longing for home.
A Welsh word with no true translation.
A long time in the making. For this scent Justine has been searching for a warmth and depth of smell that immediately grounds you, that makes you feel safe. It was important to her to only use essential oils to avoid synthetic artificial smells. Hiraeth needed to be a scent that would centre you and make you feel at home. Working with the amazing Castello de Haye, Harp Studio can finally reveal Hiraeth, a scent that will be both warming and spiritual. The essential oils were chosen for the qualities they possess as well as their scent, so that Hiraeth will truly alter your mood.
Simply place a few drops onto your Amber pot pourri to refresh the scent or into water on your oil burner.
Each Essential oil mix comes in a black glass bottle with a black dropper top. Please reuse both components when you have finished with the oil.
Hiraeth’s alchemy contains
Palo Santo – know as holy wood and for its ability to purify the air and the mind.
Vetiver – calms nervousness and insomnia
Neroli – from the blossom of the bitter orange tree sweet, honeyed scent with green and spicy notes of lightness
