Justine Cook is at the helm of Harp Studio. Her interiors are created around need and place, leading to a balanced mix of utility, character and memories. Justine considers projects from an artist’s point of view, carefully sourcing furniture and colours to turn a house into a calm and considered home. It was Justine’s husband that coined the phrase ‘detailed minimalism’ to describe her work.
Justine wants Harp Studio to be about empowering people to create the home they need and deserve to live in.
“Despite what people might think, I’m not a minimalist, It’s about giving a room space to breathe; I just need white empty space in order to highlight what’s interesting.”
